For as long as I remember I always suffered from allergies whether it would be dust, pollen or pets, there was always something to trigger it. Certain times of the year were worse than others but it never fully disappeared. As summer approached last year which was always the worse time for my allergies, I decided to take action and went to Dr. Diaz’s clinic. I was given a new food plan combined with natural herbal medicine and probiotic drinks, within a week a began to see the changes. That summer was the first one for as long as I can remember that I had no allergies what so ever. I am absolutely over the moon with the results and I would have no hesitation recommending Dr. Diaz’s clinic.to anyone

Having a busy work and home life, I was constantly on the move, early mornings and late nights were part of the norm. The company where I worked was constantly expanding and I ended up with more and more stress with less time for home life. Finally, I got to the stage where I found it very difficult to balance the two and I end up in a state of constant tiredness and stress. I discovered Dr. Diaz through a work colleague with a similar situation to me. When I visited Dr. Diaz, I had a long consultation where she went through all aspects of my lifestyle from diet to exercise and my sleep patterns. She gave me a comprehensive plan with supplements and herbal remedies for me to follow. I am 3 months into the plan and I never felt better, my energy levels are up. My family and friends noticed a huge difference in me and I am now enjoying a more stress-free life. I would highly recommend Dr. Diaz for a consultation.

In my mid-teens, I started having problems with my eyes and with a family history of eye problems we were always taught to be aware of any changes in vision. At one such time, I did notice a sudden loss of vision and ended up having laser surgery and subsequent injections in my left eye. My consultant couldn’t definitively say what was causing the problem but that it was probably down to inflammation. After years without any issue I began to develop eye floaters about five years ago which my doctor said would clear up over time but then one day I had a sudden loss of vision in my right eye and I panicked. I rushed to the hospital and my consultant said that the same problem had moved to my right eye. He put me on a heavy dose of steroids and the vision improved but as soon as the medication finished the same problem came back again. I had four courses of steroids that same year with a lot of side effects including nausea, fatigue etc. I desperately searched for solutions and I came across Dr. Diaz’s clinic and made an appointment. She discussed my problems with me in great detail and examined all parts of my lifestyle. She formulated special herbal tinctures and supplements specifically targeting eye heath combined with inflammatory remedies. I worked hard to follow a diet and exercise program that she provided me with and over the coming months my floaters began to disappear and my vision became clearer. I have had no further issues concerning my eyes and I am delighted with the results. I would whole heartily recommend Dr. Diaz to anyone suffering from any ongoing health problem.

Growing up I always had problems with my skin where rashes, itching and scratching were all part of my everyday life. I tried every cream on the market over the years but the only thing that would give me any kind of relieve was steroid cream which is not ideal for long-term use. But seeing that was it the only thing that would help I had no choice but to use it. After visiting Dr. Diaz and telling her my symptoms she did several tests along with going through my diet, which was big cause of my problems. She gave me a range of herbal tinctures, creams and a diet plan which completely changed my life. I now have no problems with my skin and I stick to my diet plan and my overall health and energy has also improved.

I have diagnosed with diverticulitis about 4 years ago and I was suffering terrible pain, felt bloated and was generally feeling quite ill. I tried everything in the search for any kind of relief but nothing worked until I went to see Dr. Diaz. After following her nutritional plan and taking her herbal tinctures and supplements, I felt so much better. The pain is now totally gone, I am not bloated anymore and I have now, at last, a good quality of life all thanks to Dr. Diaz.
